Greetings! Ever since I began my career as a freelance translator in 2002, I have not had a single dissatisfied customer. In the past few years I have worked for a number of clients in Europe and the U.S.

I provide the following services:

  • translation: English, Czech into Russian
  • translation: Russian, Czech into English
  • proofreading: Russian and English
  • desktop publishing: English, Czech, Russian
  • website localization

Before I joined the community of freelancers I worked for about seven years in well-known international companies such as Nestlé and Japan Tobacco International. One of my major responsibilities there was translating contracts, business and financial reports, presentations, and other company documentation. Through these jobs I have acquired valuable experience and an understanding of the business world, which helps me a great deal in my current occupation.

It was twenty years ago when I first started studying English, and in 2001 I received an MA in Germanic Philology (majored in English) from the St. Petersburg Institute of Foreign Languages, Russia. In 2002—2007 during our stay in Prague, Czech Republic, I studied Czech that is now one of my working languages as well.

For detailed information about my education and professional experience, please have a look at my resume.

If you feel that my qualifications meet your requirements for a particular project, please do not hesitate to contact me! Besides my linguistic skills I can offer you a committed, hardworking attitude, proven by references from my customers:
